Police Officer, Penbrook Borough, Dauphin County

The Penbrook Borough Police Department is currently accepting applications for the position of full-time police officer. The department is a premier accredited agency with 9 full-time and 1 part-time officers. Act 120 Certified is required. Borough Council recently approved a lateral transfer incentive for up to 10 years of full-time experience. Under the current contract, officers with 6 to 10 years will earn a base salary of $80,488.00 in 2026. Paid time off will be commensurate with prior years of service as well. A 7% pay increase has been approved for the 2027 Contract giving an officer with ten years of service a base rate of $91,000.00
