
The Penbrook Borough Police Department is currently accepting applications for the position of full-time police officer from any Act 120 certified persons. The department is a premier accredited agency with 9 full-time and 1 part-time officers. Borough Council recently approved a lateral transfer incentive for up to 10 years of full-time experience. Under the current contract, officers with 6 to 10 years will earn a base salary of $80,488.00 in 2026. Paid time off will be commensurate with prior years of service as well.
